This link is to the English-language version, but the Web site is also in Russian, and very recently, Belarusian (narkomovka ? ) has been added. (The quality of the English is the lowest of any news (sic) source about Belarus, often making it difficult to understand the reporting/opinion pieces.) The English archives are not maintained regularly, and the site is periodically unavailable.
This Web site is a "Soviet-style," ideologically based, propaganda and dis-information source about Belarus as ruled by Mr. Lukashenka. It is pro-Soviet, pro-Russian-Federation; anti-Belarusian-language; anti-Belarusian culture; anti-Belarusian nationalism (in any sense of the term); anti-West; anti-European, etc. It overtly continues the lies and deception of hundreds of years of Russian rule, and promotes the cult of Lukashenka.
There is useful information here (such as brief items about Belarusian culture), but such items are the exception, rather than the rule. By all means, make up your own mind about the value--or not--of this "news" (sic) resource.

East European Legislative Monitor (EELM)
By permission of EELM, the first EELM issues about Belarus are available on this Web site:
"The East European Legislative Monitor is a free, monthly publication of the Constitutional and Legislative Policy Institute. Every month the East European Legislative Monitor (EELM) reviews activity in parliaments around the region and reports on the following four categories: bills pending, passed legislation, changes in house rules, and party caucuses. The EELM serves as a tool for NGOs and activists seeking to make an impact on the legislative process by providing information on legislative initiatives early enough to propose alternatives and amendments."
"The EELM is published monthly through e-mail; subscriptions are free. The first issue, which was released in March, reported on Russia, Albania, Georgia, Bulgaria, Lithuania, and Hungary. Every month two new countries will be added to the EELM's focus."
Important Note: "We must, unfortunately, inform our readers that this October issue will be the last issue of the East European Legislative Monitor in its present form. The Constitutional and Legislative Policy Institute has decided to suspend publication of the journal for the present time so that we can reconsider how the EELM could be better provide a substantial reform policy function. There is a good possibility that the EELM may be revived in a different form at a later date. At that time all current subscribers of the EELM will be informed of the possibility resubscribe to any new publications."
